The Ideal Candidate
An experienced nonprofit leader, you inspire board members, staff, and partners to achieve ever greater heights. A successful fundraiser, you are able to engage board members, donors, and partners who bring dollars and social capital to bear. Staying on top of tech trends and anticipating how they will impact people – design thinking and UX – is fun for you. You need to know what’s next. While you are often described as visionary, your grounded and pragmatic approach means you roll up your sleeves and get things done, working collaboratively with a team to achieve data-driven results. A natural relationship-builder with a strong personal network and social media presence, you’re a thought leader who can translate insights into action. Your sense of humor and ability to laugh at yourself lightens a room. Intellectually curious, you see opportunities where others see challenges. No stranger to the legal system, you understand the difficulties of navigating it without a trained attorney and are passionate about realizing justice for all – believing it can be done.
