What Are Focus Sprints?
Focus Sprints consist of a structured approach to goal achievement, combining personalized strategy and ongoing support. Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Strategy Call
We start with a one-on-one strategy call to establish your goals. During this session, we’ll explore your goals, their impact on your business and life, and the key actions to ensure progress. We’ll also look at how you may have undermined your success in the past and talk about how to neutralize those habits.
At the end of the strategy call, you’ll have solid goals, next steps, and 3 – 5 questions that, if answered every week, will help you maintain focus and adjust your strategy to create the desired outcome.
Step 2: Weekly Reflection Questions
You will email me your answers to the reflection questions each week. I will read and respond; my responses will encourage and challenge you!
Step 3: Ongoing Support
You’ll email me your reflections each week, and I’ll respond with insights, encouragement, and suggestions. This ongoing dialogue will help you make rapid course corrections and maintain focus on your priorities.
