It’s hard to get a clear definition of what the CEO’s job really is. You are “in charge” of everything, but you know that you aren’t supposed to be doing everything, right? Since it’s hard to know what your job is, how do you know if you are doing it well! Does the owner of your business ever give your CEO a performance review?
In this presentation we first define what the job of the CEO is. Then, taking into account your personal strengths and weaknesses, we create a job description for your job! With that in hand we spend time evaluating how well you are performing as a CEO. Are you performing at a high level, or just getting by? As the owner of your business you should be able to evaluate your CEO, and give feedback to improve his/her performance. We will show you how (even if they are both you).
IN THEIR OWN WORDS…
“Brad was a game-changer when he spoke to an audience of entrepreneurs at The Founding Moms’ Conference. The substance of his presentation? Top-notch. The delivery? Brilliant. And beyond that, his comedic timing is impeccable. He was hired because he’s one of the best public speakers that I know, but he hit it out of the park. I can’t recommend him highly enough!”
