Consistent Clients Cohort

The Consistent Client Framework for Emerging Coaches

Are you an emerging coach who feels like you have to be ‘loud’ to get clients? Do you believe you need to be on every social media channel, sending cold emails, or spamming your network? This “do everything” approach is a common belief that leads to exhaustion and inconsistent results. What if you could replace all that with a simple, written plan that guides your every step?

A few years ago, I was in the exact same place. Nothing I tried worked consistently, and I was exhausted. Then, a friend challenged me to start connecting with people from a place of service rather than from a place of desperately wanting new business. It seemed crazy, but it started to work. Now, my practice is full, and enrollment is just one of the things I do to run my business. It’s as stressful as doing the laundry or washing the dishes.

If you currently coach less than 10 clients a month, are serious about building your practice, and are willing to try new things and experiment in a spirit of playfulness, then this might be for you.

What’s involved:

This is a small cohort that will meet 5 times over 9 weeks (Wednesdays from 3:30 – 5 PM Central Time, 9/25 – 11/19). Each session includes training, discussion, and troubleshooting of your progress, plus 1–2 hours of homework. You will also be paired with a partner for weekly peer coaching and accountability.

Session 1: Are you ready to invite? We’ll explore how to turn connections into real-time conversations and invite people to talk about a challenge you can help them with.

Session 2: What is your professional posture? Who you are being means more than what you are doing. We’ll explore the ways we may undermine ourselves when we show up in our “social selves” instead of our professional ones.

Session 3: The Sample Coaching Call. We’ll discuss how to create a container for a coaching call that feels like a powerful, transformative experience and naturally leads to a proposal.

Session 4: Confidently Proposing Once you’re having coaching conversations with people who can hire you, how do you confidently move into a professional, paid relationship? We’ll show you how to handle common replies that lead to indecision.

Session 5: Your Written Enrollment Plan You’ll end the program with a written plan for enrolling new clients at your own pace. This is your personal roadmap to keep you from falling back into the “do everything” approach.

This isn’t just another program to add to your list. It’s a chance to stop guessing and start learning a consistent process to connect with and enroll new clients. You’ll enhance your ability to create connections, invite people into a coaching experience, and close paid engagements.

This is about using your coaching skills to meet and serve people, not just selling to them. You’ll do this in a supportive community where you’ll be encouraged to try, experiment, fail, and learn.
