What this looks like

We’ll start with a 90-minute session. First, we’ll connect—get to know each other, and explore what’s bringing you here. Then, if it feels right, we’ll shift into coaching. You bring something real; we work through it together. My job is to help you think more clearly and make space for what’s already true—but maybe not yet obvious.

Sometimes we’ll schedule a second call to clarify your coaching goals and ensure we’re both a solid “Yes” to continuing. If so, we’ll talk about what ongoing work might look like.

Coaching with me isn’t directive. I’m not here to hand you answers—I’m here to help you find what’s already within reach.

My clients are usually founders and senior leaders who want to lead with more ease and less noise.

Typical investments range from $3,500 to $1,500/month depending on scope and frequency. We’ll co-create something that fits your goals—and your rhythm.
