Consistent Clients Cohort

A group program to help you accelerate your coaching enrollment.

  • Do you want to enroll new 1-2-1 coaching clients consistently? 
  • Are you sick of creating content to try to attract attention?

When I started on my own, finding new clients was daunting. I tried everything: cold outreach, networking, finding referral partners, posting on social media, blogging, and even podcasting and YouTube. Nothing worked consistently, and keeping up with it all was exhausting.

Then, a friend pointed me to The Prosperous Coach and challenged me to start connecting with people from a place of service rather than from a place of desperately wanting new business. 

It seemed crazy, but it started to work. 

Now, 4 years later, my practice is full, and enrollment is just one of the things I do to run my business. It’s as stressful as doing the laundry or washing the dishes.

If you currently coach less than 10 clients a month, are serious about building your practice, and are willing to try new things and experiment in a spirit of playfulness, then this might be for you. 

What’s involved:

This is a small cohort that will meet 5 times over 9 weeks. (Mid-January through mid-March, dates determined to fit the schedules of enrolled participants). 

Each session will include training, discussion, troubleshooting of your progress, and 1 – 2 hours of homework.

You will be paired with a partner for weekly peer coaching and accountability. 

Session 1: Inviting

Learn to turn connections into real-time conversations focused on a challenge you can help them with!

Session 2: Your Professional Posture

Who you are being means more than what you are doing. We’ll talk about ways we undermine ourselves when we show up in our social selves. 

Session 3: The Sample Coaching Call

How do you create a container for the sample coaching call that leads to proposals and enrollment?

Session 4: Proposing

Once we’re having coaching conversations with people who can hire us it’s time to move into a professional, paid relationship. We’ll show you how. We’ll also help you to confidently handle the common replies that lead to indecision!

Session 5: Your Written Enrollment Plan

You’ll end the program with a written plan for enrolling new clients at your own pace.
