Celebrating small wins doesn’t come naturally for most founder-types, and we need folks who will cheer with us.

When I first started my business I realized I needed someone who would cheer for me and I made a pact with another founder that we’d call each other every time something good happened. It felt great to have someone to return my high-fives and when he called to celebrate his wins it always gave me more energy to keep going.
